Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on any purchases. Since our items are consignment pieces, once sold, the consignor has been compensated, making all sales final. We kindly ask that you take this policy into consideration while shopping with us. For any specific inquiries regarding an item, please don't hesitate to reach out via email.

Additionally, please be aware that all items listed for sale are in pre-owned condition unless otherwise noted as 'brand new'. We encourage you to carefully review all photos, including zooming in, before making a purchase. If any flaws are visible in the photos but not explicitly mentioned in the description, they are not considered misrepresentations.

Warranties

We do not offer warranties on any items. Once a sale is completed, any wear or tear that occurs thereafter is the buyer's responsibility. However, in the rare event that you believe you've received an inauthentic or inaccurately described item, we will accept returns in these specific circumstances. Please contact us at opulenthabits@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery confirmation. For discrepancies regarding item condition or description, we require detailed photos to be sent immediately.
