Return Policy
At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchases. Since all items are consignment pieces, once an item sells the consignor is paid resulting in all orders being final sale. Please keep this in mind when shopping with us. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email.
Please also be aware that all of the items listed with us are previously owned. Unless described as 'brand new', items may not be pristine and majority have been carried. Please review photos carefully with zoom prior to purchasing. If a flaw is shown in a photo but not written out in the description, this is not considered misrepresented.
All items are guaranteed authentic but if an item is found inauthentic or not as described, we will accept returns for special cases. If you receive an item that you do not believe is authentic or is not as described, please email us immediately at opulenthabits@gmail.com so we can properly assess and rectify the situation accordingly. We must be alerted of any issues within 3 days of the tracking indicating delivery.
