Return Policy

Returns or exchanges for purchases cannot be accommodated at this time. Given that our items are consignment pieces, once sold, the consignor is compensated, making all orders final sale. Please consider this policy while shopping. For specific inquiries regarding a piece, feel free to contact us via email.

Kindly note that all items listed are pre-owned, and unless specified as 'brand new,' they may not be in pristine condition. Please examine photos closely with zoom before making a purchase. If a flaw is visible in a photo but not mentioned in the description, it is not considered misrepresented.

While all items are guaranteed authentic, special cases involving inauthentic or inaccurately described items are eligible for returns. If you believe you've received such an item, contact us at within 3 days of the tracking indicating delivery.
For discrepancies in descriptions or expected condition, detailed photos are required immediately. 

In instances of suspected inauthenticity, buyers must provide proof of inauthenticity from a reputable authenticator that differs from our authenticity claim. Authenticity proof is only accepted from credible authenticators; sales associates, friends, or online blogs/websites pertaining to authenticity examples are not considered valid sources. If you believe your item is not authentic, please obtain a second opinion prior to reaching out to us, we will reiterate the above needing to be completed before we can proceed if presented with an unfounded claim. 
All items are guaranteed authentic, we strongly urge any buyers experience hesitation with shopping pre-loved to obtain a second opinion for extra peace of mind and to ensure full satisfaction.

Shipped within 3 business days of purchase, items are sent via FedEx or UPS for domestic orders with signature always required. Items shipped internationally are sent via USPS and declared at full order value, please consult your country's import fees and taxes prior to purchasing. If you prefer holding an item at a nearby FedEx, UPS or Walgreens, please specify and provide the nearest location during checkout.

IMPORTANT: We can ONLY ship to the address entered during checkout (credit card or PayPal). Ensure the selection or entry of the CORRECT address.

We provide standard shipping (Ground, 3 to 5 business days based on the location in relation to our office) and expedited shipping (2-Day, 2 business days). Overnight shipping is not available currently.

Upon shipment and label creation, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.


Payment Plans
Opt for our convenient layaway option when shopping with us! We extend this opportunity on most items, although it is subject to approval on an individual basis. Our layaway terms are outlined below:

- A 20% initial payment is required, with the remaining balance due within 30-60 days. (For items under $1500, the timeframe may be 30 days and deposit amount is 50%.)

- Items can only be reserved with a deposit. Once deposited, buyers have 30 to 60 days to complete the payment, depending on their needs. Failure to complete payment within the agreed-upon timeframe renders the deposit nonrefundable. Deposits cannot be transferred between items. Reach out to us if payment completion faces challenges (daily late fees may apply).

- Items are neither shipped nor available for pickup until the full payment is made. By placing a deposit, you commit fully to the item and agree to pay it off within the specified time frame. The layaway option is offered in consideration of our sellers, and if life circumstances interfere, please plan accordingly.

To counteract the prevalence of online scams, we refrain from displaying serial numbers, date codes, and authentication cards in our listings. If you intend to make a purchase and require the serial number before finalizing the transaction for 3rd party authentication purposes or personal knowledge, please contact us via email. We gladly provide the necessary details, but please note that we do not share photos containing full serial numbers, date codes, or receipts as a precautionary measure.
