Return Policy
At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchases. Since all items are consignment pieces, once an item sells the consignor is paid resulting in all orders being final sale. Please keep this in mind when shopping with us. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email.
Please keep in mind at all items are pre-owned. We have merchandise ranging from like new condition to more pre-loved. We do our best to disclose every flaw in listings but urge all buyers to look carefully over photos prior to purchasing.
All items are guaranteed authentic but if an item is found inauthentic or not as described, we will accept returns for special cases. If you receive an item that you do not believe is authentic or is not as described, please email us immediately at opulenthabits@gmail.com so we can properly assess and rectify the situation accordingly.
Shipping
Items are shipped within 3 business days after being purchased. Domestic and international shipping is done via FedEx with signature required (if possible). We ship exclusively via FedEx. If you would wish to have an item held at a nearby Fedex or Walgreens location please notate this and also provide us with the nearest FedEx location when placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE: We can ONLY ship to the address entered when checking out (either via credit card or PayPal). Please make sure you select or enter the CORRECT address.
We offer both standard (FedEx Ground - which is 3 to 5 business days depending on the location in relation to New Jersey) and expedited shipping (FedEx 2-Day, 2 business days), we do not offer an overnight shipping option at this time.
Once your item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Payments
Payment Plans
One of the best ways to shop with us is via our layaway opportunity. We are happy to offer layaway on the majority of our items, but it is on an item to item basis as each item is being sold by a different individual. Our terms are as follows:
Half down is required and the remainder within 30 - 60 days
(Items less than $1000 may be 30 days)
Items cannot be held without a deposit. Once a deposit is made, the buyer has 30 to 60 days to complete payment (depending on how long is needed). If payment is not completed in the agreed upon number of days after the deposit has been made, the deposit will be be nonrefundable. Deposits cannot be transferred from one bag to another. If for some reason you are unable to complete your payment in the alloted time, please reach out to us (daily late fees may be incurred).
Items are not shipped or available for pick up until entirely paid off. Please keep in mind that if you put down a deposit you are fully committing to the item and also to paying it off within the allotted amount of time. We are only able to offer the payment plan option if it works out and is fair to our sellers. We understand that life happens but please plan accordingly when requesting an item to be placed on layaway.

Listings
Due to the unfortunate abundance of online scammers, item's serial numbers, date codes and authentication cards are not displayed within listings. If you are planning to purchase an item but would like to know the serial number prior to completing the transaction, please reach out to us via email and we would be happy to supply you with the number or date code. We do not send photos of full serial numbers/date codes or receipts.

The best and quickest way to contact us is via email at OpulentHabits@gmail.com. On weekdays from 10AM - 5PM (EST) we will get back to you within the hour. On weekends, holidays or off hours please allow for 24-48 hours for a response. If it has been longer than the estimated times above, please follow up with us - we get many emails every day and sometimes we do miss the occasional message.
