Buyout Program
Our buyout option is ideal if you prefer a fast, guaranteed payout.
- Quote validity: Buyout quotes are valid for 7 days. If an item is resubmitted later, the quote may change.
- Condition on arrival: If an item arrives in a different condition than described or photographed, or is damaged in transit due to improper packaging, we may revise the quote or retract the buyout offer.
- Authenticity: If an item is inauthentic or not as described, the seller is responsible for return shipping. Hermès items incur a $99 authentication fee in these cases.
- Payments: Payments are issued via ACH or Stripe direct deposit. Banks typically take 1 to 3 business days to process.
- Payout timing: For items delivered on weekdays before 4 PM ET (excluding Fridays), payouts are issued within 5 business days after authentication and condition checks.
When you proceed with a buyout, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and a Buyout Agreement for your signature.
Consignment Program
While our primary focus is now buyouts, we continue to offer consignment on select pieces for clients who prefer to maximize their return.
We treat every handbag with exceptional care. Our goal is to help you earn top dollar for your item within realistic market expectations. Some pieces sell quickly while others may take longer depending on demand.
To use our 5% commission bonus, the original item must sell before the bonus can be applied toward a new purchase. Items already on consignment do not qualify as store credit.
Consigned items must remain with us for a minimum of 60 days. This allows adequate marketing time. For U.S. consignors, we provide prepaid shipping labels for approved items valued at $2,500 USD and below. After 60 days, items may be returned upon request, with return shipping covered by the consignor.
Not all consigned items will be featured on social media or photographed for marketing due to inventory volume.
We do not offer consignment for shoes or clothing.
