Our Authenticity Guarantee

Each and every item that arrives in to our showroom is thoroughly vetted to ensure appropriate condition and also authenticity. We are proud to stand behind every item that we sell. Over the years that Opulent Habits has been in business, we have built up a reputation of selling only authentic merchandise.

We authenticate using two methods:

1. Entrupy Technology (www.entrupy.com)

2. Third Party Professional Authenticators

Items that come with a certificate of authenticity from Entrupy will state this in the description under "accessories".

Please email us at opulenthabits@gmail.com if you have any additional questions regarding authenticity. We encourage all buyers to reach out to their own authenticators with photos as well for that extra peace of mind, we are more than happy to provide the necessary photos.

How do I purchase an Item on Layaway?

One of the best ways to shop with us is via our layaway opportunity. We are happy to offer layaway on the majority of our items, but it is on an item to item basis as each item is being sold by a different individual.

Our terms are as follows:

- 20% is required as a deposit and the remainder within 30 - 60 days for items listed above $1,500. Items listed below $1,500 require 50% down and may only be available for a 30 day layaway (please inquire regarding the item)!

- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

- Items do not ship until fully paid off.

- Late payments will incur a $25 per day fee.

At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchases. Since all items are consignment pieces, once an item sells the consignor is paid resulting in all orders being final sale. Please keep this in mind when shopping with us. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email.

All items are guaranteed authentic but if an item is found inauthentic or not as described, we will accept returns for special cases. If you receive an item that you do not believe is authentic or is not as described, please email us immediately at opulenthabits@gmail.com so we can properly assess and rectify the situation accordingly.
